W: I want to say something about small household objects and why they last or fail. A rug wears out where the door opens, not in the middle. M: Please look at the printed stock list while I go through it. Notice that two items are below the reorder level, but only one of them sells quickly, so that is the one we order today. Mugs look low, yet we sell so few each week that the shelf will last another month.
