Check-in begins at 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to keep your luggage at the front desk at no cost.
Our free walking tour of the old harbor leaves every morning at nine. Please let us know by 10 July if you would like to reserve two places.
The car park behind the building holds only four cars, so please tell us if you plan to drive.

Green Hill Hostel — House Rules
Our hostel was founded in 1998 by two schoolteachers, and we still run it like a family home.
Towels cost NT$50 each. A day trip to the tea farm leaves at 8 a.m. every Saturday; sign up at reception before Friday evening.
A growing number of travelers now say that the journey matters more than the list of places they tick off. Instead of visiting eight cities in ten days, they choose one small town and stay there for a week.
Guides call this slow travel. Its followers spend less time on buses and more time in markets and parks. They argue that racing past famous sites is not real sightseeing at all; by the fourth day most travelers can no longer remember what they photographed.
Hotels have noticed the change. Some now offer lower prices for stays of five nights or more, and run cooking classes instead of bus tours.
